Responsibilities

Support the Boutique Director in managing daily store operations and sales team performance.
Maximize sales, monitor conversion rates, and develop client databases and clientele development strategies.
Coach, train, schedule, and evaluate Sales Associates; lead regular store meetings and sales training.
Participate in merchandise presentation, visual displays, pricing, transfers, returns and inventory counts.
Open and close the boutique and ensure compliance with cash handling, security, and company procedures.
Coordinate sales promotions, events and in-store marketing activities.
Address operational issues to maintain service, efficiency and productivity.
