Job summary

Brobston Group LLC at the Maison Madison flagship boutique seeks a Selling Supervisor to support client experience and sales objectives. You will prioritize and organize the selling floor, assist with transactions and after-sales service, and uphold asset protection and operational standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, merchandising, CRM/POS maintenance, and processing transactions with accuracy while ensuring exceptional client service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or a supervisory capacity; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Open availability to meet the needs of the business and regular in-person attendance at the designated work location.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and contribute to the team’s collective goals.
• Organize, stock, and maintain the selling floor including merchandising, replenishment, and VM guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records; support opening and closing procedures and till reconciliation.
• Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies and escalate exceptional requests to management.
• Support inventory preparation and participate in monthly cycle counts and physical inventory as directed.
• Maintain asset protection standards, key log controls, alarm and store access protocols.
• Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assisting, and packaging at POS.
