Job summary

Wharf Casual Seafood is expanding and seeking Assistant Managers in Central Alabama—Montgomery, Clanton, Millbrook, Wetumpka areas. You will help lead restaurant operations and growth, overseeing staff, inventories, schedules, and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and invoices.
• Forecast kitchenware needs and place orders.
• Experience hiring and training staff.
• Coach and resolve conflicts when needed.
• Prepare shift schedules.
• Collaborate with staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate future kitchenware and equipment needs and place orders
• Manage employees, including hiring and training
• Address performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching, counseling, and managing conflicts

• Keep detailed records of costs and revenues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Achieve restaurant sales and financial objectives
• Possess extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
