Job summary

Wharf Casual Seafood is expanding in Central Alabama and seeks Kitchen Managers to oversee operations in the Montgomery, Clanton, Millbrook, Wetumpka area. This role focuses on strong leadership, kitchen workflow, and delivering high-quality meals.

You will supervise food prep, coach staff, manage schedules, and maintain sanitation standards while contributing to growth and profitability. Competitive salary with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of all kitchen operations and ability to supervise food prep.
• Experience training, coaching, and motivating kitchen staff.
