Wharf Casual Seafood is expanding in Central Alabama and seeking passionate General Managers to lead operations in the Montgomery, Clanton, Millbrook and Wetumpka area.

The role offers a base salary of $44,000–$60,000 with a quarterly performance bonus (up to $3,000 per quarter) and an $8,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly. Health insurance, paid vacation, and growth potential accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast results, control costs, and monitor inventory.
• Strong leadership skills with focus on customer service and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations in Central Alabama.
• Handle budget administration with forecasting, P&L accountability, cost control, and inventories.
• Initiate marketing and brand promotions to drive growth and visibility.
• Provide exceptional service and customer care, resolving complaints promptly and empathetically.
• Interview, select, and train employees; ensure safety and health policy compliance.
• Monitor performance of team members and provide coaching to boost productivity.
• Research and review vendors, securing quality products and favorable terms.
• Estimate future supply needs to support expansion and operations.
