Job summary

Wharf Casual Seafood is expanding across Central Alabama and seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations in the Wetumpka area. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, vendor relations, and drive brand promotions while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee a team, hire and train staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and partner with leadership to sustain growth and profitability in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Proven ability to develop marketing promotions and grow brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations
• Handles budget administration and forecasting, including forecasting, profit & loss accountability, cost control, and inventories
• Initiates marketing and brand promotions
• Provides superior service and customer care
• Responds to customers' complaints with sensitivity and care
• Manages performance of team members and provides feedback to improve productivity
• Interviews, selects, and trains employees
• Ensures compliance with safety and health policies and procedures
• Researches new vendors and reviews product quality
• Estimates future supply needs

Pay = $44,000-60,000/year + Bonus - $3000 quarterly performance bonus. A minimum of $8,000 guaranteed in the first year.
