Job summary

Wharf Casual Seafood in the Montgomery area is expanding—join our team as an Assistant Manager to help lead the growing operation. Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $45,000 per year, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid after 3 and 6 months.

As part of the management team you will supervise staff, coordinate vendor contracts, forecast needs, and drive financial performance while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shift schedules

• Keep detailed records of costs and revenues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
