Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring food products meet established standards while assisting with and learning management duties. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant management, a high school diploma or GED, and are 18+.

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and driving record checks are required; ServSafe/food handler certification is

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
