Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Minnesota to deliver quality customer service and food products to guests, applying standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to elevate every visit.

The role supports and learns restaurant management responsibilities, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management or similar role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:
