Job summary

Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide exceptional customer service and uphold food quality standards according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities to enhance each customer’s visit.

The role requires prior restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
