Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while supporting restaurant management responsibilities.

The role requires 2+ years in restaurant management, a high school diploma, 18+ years, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks, plus ServSafe/food handler certification if required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management roles such as Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
