Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while upholding standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years in a management capacity, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transport, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant shift/assistant management role
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• English communication proficiency

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
