Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Monticello, MN to provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities to enhance each guest’s visit.

The role requires managing shifts, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and flexibility to work varied hours are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management role (Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Assistant Manager Qualifications
