Dairy Queen in Plainview, MN is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products in line with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will assist with daily restaurant operations and learn management responsibilities to support a smooth guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years in a restaurant management position, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant shift management or assistant manager role.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Reliable transportation.
• Background and motor vehicle records checks required.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
