- Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively, build relationships, and assist in training and coaching.
- Implement and certify team in training programs.
- Help in performance management and policy adherence.
- Create and administer PRIDE Performance Plans and Evaluations.
- Delivers Results: Achieve sales and financial goals, manage profitability, and execute company priorities.
- Exceed sales plans and metrics.
- Protect assets through inventory and cash management.
- Plan weekly schedules to maximize sales and talent utilization.
- Edge: Initiate and manage change effectively, make informed decisions, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
