Job summary

Staab Management is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Pizza Hut franchise. You will lead shifts, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.

The role includes coaching team members, assisting with scheduling and labor, and helping hire and onboard new staff. Candidates should have leadership experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in a restaurant.
