Staab Management is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Pizza Hut franchise to lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will support daily operations, manage scheduling and labor, and uphold food quality and cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, effective communication, and a positive, energetic approach to drive sales and growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy leadership style; hands-on management approach.
