Job summary

Staab Management's Pizza Hut franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach and develop the team, and ensure outstanding guest service and food quality.

You will handle scheduling, labor management, inventory, training, onboarding new teammates, and support local promotions while maintaining a clean, safe, and inspection-ready restaurant. A hands-on leadership style and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).

Responsibilities
