Staab Management, a Pizza Hut Midwest franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You’ll supervise daily operations, manage scheduling, and support sales goals while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.

• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
