Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You will coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness, manage scheduling and labor, and help drive sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to complete company training programs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).

Responsibilities
