Job summary

Staab Management's Midwest Pizza Hut franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations. You will coach and develop team members, ensure guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards, and assist with scheduling and sales goals.

You’ll participate in hiring and onboarding, monitor inventory and product quality, handle customer concerns, and uphold a safe, inspection-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and sales goals
