Job summary

Staab Management, a Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.

You will coach and develop team members, ensure guest service and food quality, help with scheduling, inventory, and store promotions, and uphold a clean, safe, and inspection-ready restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals.
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inspection-ready restaurant.
• Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives.
