Dairy Queen in Tea, South Dakota is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide quality customer service and prepare food according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while learning and supporting restaurant management responsibilities.

This role requires leadership, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Assistant Manager Qualifications
