Dairy Queen in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food while supporting daily management responsibilities.

You will help schedule shifts, oversee team performance, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
