Overview

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and meeting all restaurant standards, including customer satisfaction, cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management, financial reporting, and sales growth. The Assistant Manager builds a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

Essential Functions

• Shift management – ensure shift managers and team members complete their tasks, assist in scheduling shifts, and deploy the team.
• Customer service – ensure customers have a positive dining experience and provide support in escalated situations.
• Employee management – supervise, develop, and train new hires; ensure staff consistently deliver excellent service; address performance issues.
• Food safety – maintain a safe environment for employees and customers and foster strong food‑safety practices.
• Inventory management – manage inventory and enforce company policies.
