Fulenwider Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a KFC location in Albemarle, NC. The role covers day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, cash control, inventory and labor management, financial reporting, and sales growth.

You will build and lead a strong team delivering consistent, friendly service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in fast-food, quick-service restaurant, food service, or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy is required.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and for meeting all restaurant standards, including customer satisfaction, cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management, financial reporting, and sales growth. The Assistant Manager builds a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

Essential Functions

• Shift management – ensure that shift managers and team members complete their tasks, and help schedule shifts and deploy the team.
• Customer service – ensure that customers have a positive dining experience and provide support in escalated situations.
• Employee management – supervise employees, develop and train new hires, ensure excellent service, and address performance issues.

Qualifications
