The Assistant Manager role is high‑level management, also referred to as General Manager in training, supporting the General Manager in maintaining McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Managers may also lead departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, and Guest Service. The Assistant Manager must maintain urgent service standards and coordinate front counter and drive‑through operations.

Requirements
