Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results. Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and keep the front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized. Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: ensure quality food, speed, safety, cost control, and training of kitchen staff. People Department Manager responsibilities: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate crew throughout their time working. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun and have the passion to work the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager and have open availability.
