Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a profitable, high‑volume location. You will support the General Manager and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.

The role includes hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers and guiding team members to deliver consistent guest experiences. Must have prior management experience in quick‑service or hospitality and be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a high-volume setting is required.
• Background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/retail is preferred.
