McDonald's Management Experience is REQUIRED for this Position

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience each visit. Some managers also lead departments, managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer service, that sales promotions are executed well, that all service staff are trained in procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service.

The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, that food safety is maintained, cost is controlled, and all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.

The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them adequately, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, while also recognizing and motivating staff.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
