Jersey Mike's Laramie is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold quality, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage 3 to 7 staff, schedule shifts, train employees, and step in for the manager when needed, in a fast-paced Jersey Mike's environment. The role emphasizes cleanliness, preparation tasks, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year QSR experience.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
• Reliable transportation.
