Job summary

Jersey Mike's Slide Road is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a small crew, and ensure top-notch customer experiences. You will manage open/close duties, slicing operations, and inventory while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced Jersey Mike’s environment, with opportunities to participate in training programs and strategy sessions.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year QSR experience.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
• Reliable transportation.

• Key holder duties.
• Perform all tasks related to opening and closing the store.
• Bake bread and perform all preparation tasks.

• Proficient in slicing.
• Create employee schedules.
• Place inventory orders.
• Fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed.
• Assist in employee training.
• Lead by example.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
