Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen, and to assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience in food service, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and motor vehicle record checks required.
• Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).

Position Overview:

Assistant Manager Qualifications:
