Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Prescott, WI location to provide quality customer service and assist with restaurant operations. The role supports day-to-day management, ensures standards, and learns leadership responsibilities.

The position requires 2+ years in food-service management, a HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer's visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:
