Job summary

Dairy Queen in Farragut, TN is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and oversee food production following brand standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a restaurant leadership role, a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. English communication skills and flexibility for varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
