Workstream is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to support senior leadership and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will participate in daily activities, manage the customer experience, and lead team members through coaching and mentorship.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Must be available to work on Saturday's. This position is not a M-F only job.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs, managing the customer experience
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Manage Cost Controls
• Execute all checklists
• Coach and Mentor team members on food best practices
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ensure Compliance specific to Minor Labor Laws and Employee breaks
• You will be placed on a Leadership Development Plan to ensure you are learning leadership and business skills
