Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations at a fast-paced restaurant. You will coach team members, ensure smooth shift execution, and uphold service standards while counting drawers and closing out days.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively, and help create a positive, collaborative work environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operational activities in a high-volume restaurant.

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, serve as key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day activities.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
