Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring a motivated Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead front desk performance in Sunrise/Sawgrass, FL.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching the team, increasing sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining smooth spa operations and peak-hour coverage. Growth into Spa Manager or other leadership roles is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support membership sales, conversion, retention, and guest follow‑up
• Coach Spa Associates on membership value, objection handling, and closing
• Help manage the front desk during peak business hours
• Assist with appointment booking, confirmations, prebooking, and filling cancellations
• Support gift card, retail, enhancement, and package sales
• Monitor daily goals and communicate results to the team
• Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, deposits, and front desk standards

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sunrise/Sawgrass is hiring a motivated, sales‑focused Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations, membership growth, front desk performance, and team accountability.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching a team, helping guests, driving sales, and keeping the spa running smoothly.

This position is ideal for a strong front desk leader, sales associate, retail supervisor, fitness sales professional, or assistant manager who is ready to grow into a larger leadership role.
