Job summary

Taco Bell in Deerfield, IL is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing great shift execution and handling administrative duties. You will lead Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads to ensure friendly, safe, and quality food service in line with Taco Bell standards.

In addition, you will assist with facility maintenance, staff hiring and development, and maintaining health and safety compliance.
