Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates must be 18+, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and have 1-3 years of management experience (restaurant management preferred). Must demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexibly including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful background check required.

Capability Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate restaurant equipment safely. Strong communication skills and the capacity to work in temperature-variable environments are essential.
