Key Responsibilities

• Complete required training, including certifications and development plans
• Enhance guest satisfaction through team coaching and ensuring quality standards
• Create and adjust work schedules following company and legal guidelines
• Supervise, lead, and motivate team members to meet quarterly goals
• Handle guest and staff concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure operational procedures, safety, and compliance are maintained
• Assist with performance reviews, mentoring, and maintaining a positive team culture
• Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools effectively

Qualifications & Skills
