Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Maintenance in Tulsa, OK to support the maintenance supervisor and safeguard property integrity. This role partners with the leasing team to support renewals and leasing opportunities while prioritizing safety and policy compliance.

You will handle service requests, participate in on-call duty, and perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC required.
• EPA refrigerant certification is preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests from residents, aiming for completion within 24 hours.
• Assist in safety compliance and adherence to company policies and laws.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and make-ready status.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
