Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Schedule on-call rotation and assist with service.
• Maintain safety, records of preventive maintenance, and make-ready status.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and inspect tools.
• Assist in preparing for inspections.
• Handle on-call duties and standby emergency coverage.
