Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-time apartment maintenance experience or equivalent trade knowledge.
• Must have basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• English communication skills required; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Assist in coordinating on-call rotation and standby emergency coverage.
• Maintain safety standards and follow company policies and state/federal laws.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
