Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance at the assigned property in Washington. You will ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations while supporting resident satisfaction through reliable upkeep.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and grounds, manage work orders, conduct daily site inspections, and assist with on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance and ensure property compliance with policies and regulations.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds per guidelines.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards.
• Perform daily inspections of grounds, buildings and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call rotation.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote safety and risk management.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
