Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will supervise maintenance tasks, coordinate with the property manager, and uphold safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years in property management or related field, and hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as needed.
• Maintain and close work orders to standard and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance, including after-hours coverage.
