Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• EPA certification (refrigerant, transition, and recovery).
• Strong verbal and written English; Spanish is a plus.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Manage system for handling resident requests and schedule on-call rotations.
• Assist in enforcing company policies, safety, ADA, Fair Housing, OSHA compliance.
• Assist in distributing flyers and materials; maintain safety materials.
