Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Maintenance to support the maintenance supervisor, perform routine tasks, and help maintain the property's physical integrity.

You will work with the leasing team to support renewals and leasing opportunities, following safety policies and complying with ADA, Fair Housing, OSHA guidelines.

Candidates should have a High school diploma, basic tools, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• EPA refrigerant certification, transition and recovery
• Must have basic hand tools and a valid driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Maintain safety materials and property condition; document preventive maintenance and make-ready status.
• Assist in inspections and prepare property for audits or inspections.
