McClure Post Acute is hiring a Assistant Maintenance Director!

Pay Rate: $24-$28 per hour

Full Time

The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring maintenance schedules are followed for respective shifts or areas, and developing and maintaining written policies and procedures.
2. Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Maintenance Department, its programs, and activities.
3. Coordinating maintenance services with other departments such as Dietary, Nursing, and Activities.
4. Assuming administrative authority and accountability for directing the Maintenance Department.
