Job description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our VALUES-based organization. In this role, you will:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Perform preventative and routine maintenance of machines and equipment according to SOPs and schedules.
2. Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out non-routine repairs.
3. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders and inventory management.
4. Follow REEB safety policies and procedures.
5. Assist with light-duty maintenance tasks.
6. Complete special maintenance projects as required.
7. Perform daily janitorial duties.
8. Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections.
9. Maintain and clean eyewash stations.
10. Operate a forklift as needed (must have experience).

Requirements

• Prior forklift operation experience.
• General maintenance and janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

Factory training and certification in diagnostic software, PLC experience (a plus), and a valid driver’s license are required. Excellent written, organizational, communication, and customer service skills are also necessary.

Starting Pay Rate: $25/hr
